Welcome to our help center. We’ve compiled the most common queries regarding our high-end production facilities, booking protocols, and studio etiquette.
The Studio
Space, access, and what to expect on site.
Studio space, all lights and stands, essential furniture and props (sofa, tables, basic decor), and up to 3 backdrop pulls. Wi-Fi, a changing area, and parking for one vehicle. The studio is handed over clean and reset after every shoot.
Comfortably 8–10 people. The space is 400 sq ft so it's intimate — great for focused shoots, not ideal for very large productions.
One vehicle on site. The industrial estate has street parking nearby for additional vehicles.
It's not fully soundproofed — we're inside an active industrial estate so noise during the workday is possible. If you're recording audio, plan for directional mics or a boom setup. Reach out before you book and we can try to help you schedule around it.
Yes. Send an enquiry and we'll arrange a walkthrough at a convenient time so you can see the space before you commit.
Booking & Policies
How to reserve, setup time, and cancellations.
Yes. Pre-light / early access slots are available for 1 or 2 hours before your booking, subject to the prior slot being free. Setup only, not shooting. Book in advance; discounted rates apply.
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, slot length, and shoot type. We'll confirm availability and share next steps. You can also send an enquiry via the contact form.
Overtime is ₹2,000 per hour flat, billed at the end of your slot. Charged in full-hour blocks only.
48+ hours notice: full refund. Under 48 hours: 50% retained. Same day: no refund.
Rates & Membership

Yes. Member and pro member tiers offer discounted studio rental with priority booking. Props, add-ons, and overtime are billed separately. See the full rate card for details.
Yes. The studio regular rate is for dance teachers, fitness trainers, and coaches who book monthly (12 hours per month prepaid at ₹12,000, or ₹1,000 per hour). Flexible splits across sessions; 2 hours minimum per visit. Add-ons are à la carte.
Studio Rules
Guidelines to keep the space pristine for everyone.
Food and drinks are permitted in the designated lounge and kitchenette areas. To protect our sets and backdrops, we ask that you avoid consuming food or uncovered beverages directly on the shooting floor.
Yes, but please keep our maximum capacity of 8-10 people in mind. Let us know beforehand if you plan to bring a larger crew so we can ensure everyone has a comfortable experience.
Equipment & Lighting
Gear included in your rental and technical support.
Yes, our standard booking includes access to essential continuous lights, basic modifiers, and stands. If you have highly specific lighting requirements, please review our gear list or contact us to see if we can accommodate.
A studio manager is always on-site to help you access the space, set up backdrops, and provide a brief orientation to the equipment. However, we do not provide dedicated gaffers or full-time on-set technical assistance unless arranged prior.
Payments & Pricing
Payment terms and additional fees.
We do not charge a hidden cleaning fee for standard use. We simply ask that the studio is handed back in the condition it was provided. If the space requires excessive cleaning or if any damage occurs, additional fees may apply.
Cancellations
Modifying or canceling your booking.
Bookings can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we will gladly credit your payment toward a future booking.
Yes, you can reschedule your booking without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute rescheduling may incur a nominal fee to cover lost slot time.
Content Shoots
Information for content creators and group shoots.
Absolutely. The studio is a great collaborative space for multiple creators. We only ask that you respect the maximum occupancy limit and ensure all activities align with our studio etiquette guidelines.
Yes! Your booking includes access to all our in-house furniture, styling props, and up to 3 seamless paper backdrop pulls. Just let us know your preferred colors ahead of time.
Podcast
Details for podcast and audio recording sessions.
For podcast bookings, we provide professional-grade dynamic microphones, boom arms, a dedicated audio interface, and monitoring headphones. We also offer basic sound dampening panels if required.
Our team will help you set up the microphones and ensure the levels are properly tested before your session begins. During the recording, you will manage your own files and operation, though we are on hand for troubleshooting.
General
Location, parking, and other frequently asked questions.
Yes, there is parking for one vehicle directly on site. The surrounding industrial estate also offers ample street parking for additional crew members or guests.
Yes, you are completely free to bring your own photographers, videographers, and crew. You are renting the space to use with your preferred team.
